Exclusively available at www.TitleVest.com , the software, which is available free of charge, dramatically simplifies the creation of ACRIS E-Tax forms, saving real estate attorneys and other professionals time and money when completing New York City’s required ACRIS E-Tax forms for real property and co-op transfers. ACRIS ASAP is an innovative software program that allows users to enter information on a one-page form on TitleVest’s website. The program interfaces with the City’s ACRIS website and automatically creates all of the required E-Tax forms in a matter of minutes.
In contrast, the City’s ACRIS website requires users to navigate numerous pages, tabs and sub-tabs in order to create the required E-Tax forms.
