TitleVest adds managing director



Manhattan’s TitleVest has hired Michael Birajiclian, Esq., as managing director of business development. Over the past decade, Birajiclian has closed more than $8 billion in real estate transactions at Bank of America, Nomura Credit & Capital, Morgan Stanley, and Stark, Amron & Liner, LLP. Birajiclian holds a JD from the University of Louisville School of Law.
