Executive Watch: Michael Birajiclian joins TitleVest as Managing Director, Business Development



Having closed more than $8 billion in real estate transactions over the past decade, Michael Birajiclian has joined TitleVest as managing director of business development. Birajiclian has held senior positions with Bank of America, Nomura Credit & Capital and Morgan Stanley, and most recently served as an attorney in private practice at Stark, Amron & Liner, LLP. At Stark, Amron, he represented commercial banks and mezzanine funds; advised clients regarding distressed debt and workout situations for sub and nonperforming loans focusing on maximizing asset value; and drafted and negotiated all related loan documentation.
