TitleVest announces beta release of ACRIStracker



TitleVest, a New York-based provider of title insurance and related services, announced the beta release of ACRIStracker™. The new Web-based application tracks when real property-related documents, such as deeds, mortgage and ACRIS E-Tax transfer tax returns, have been recorded with the New York City department of Finance. ACRIStracker™ eliminates the manual process of searching the New York City ACRIS Web site to see if documents have been recorded, according to TitleVest. Instead, users receive e-mail alerts as soon as the documents that meet their tracking criteria are recorded.
