Former Managing Director of Business Development and Special Counsel to The Trump Organization Joins Leading Title Insurance Agency
New York, New York (October 16, 2012) - Manhattan-based TitleVest, a leading provider of title insurance and related real estate services, is pleased to welcome esteemed real estate executive and attorney, Mike Boccio, as Managing Director, Business Development and Transaction Counsel.
Mr. Boccio comes to TitleVest from The Trump Organization where he worked as Managing Director of Business Development and Special Counsel, advising Donald J. Trump on real estate acquisitions and operations, entertainment, aviation, and global licensing and brand/trademark portfolio management, among other complex business ventures. In his new role at TitleVest, Mr. Boccio will draw upon his extensive experience and close personal relationships with Mr. Trump and other real estate industry leaders to support their title insurance and related real estate needs as well as act as a strategic advisor to TitleVest's executive team.
Prior to his tenure with The Trump Organization, Mr. Boccio spent nearly a decade practicing real estate law at top New York law firms Kaye Scholer LLP, Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP and Carter Ledyard & Milburn LLP. His clients included top-tier investment banks, real estate investors and developers.
